What are we looking for?

To strengthen our Switchgear team, we are looking for a Service Technician for our site in Arroteia, Matosinhos.

Day-to-day:

You will be responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, diagnosing and solving complex technical problems, installing, and commissioning new equipment. The main responsibilities include:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance according to requests;
Diagnose and effectively solve complex technical issues in various equipment and systems;
Install, configure, and commission new equipment, following technical specifications and manufacturer standards;
Ensure the completion of work within agreed deadlines and to high-quality standards;
Keep detailed records of all services provided (reports, materials used, and updates performed);
Provide technical support and basic training to customers, communicating clearly and professionally,
Collaborate with other technicians, departments (commercial, logistics), and managers to ensure coordinated and efficient service delivery;
Comply with and promote the company’s health, safety, and environmental standards, as well as applicable legislation.

Requirements:

Proven technical qualification in Electronics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Automation, or a similar area;
1 to 3 years of experience in similar roles in technical assistance or maintenance of power distribution equipment (LV/MV/HV);
Strong knowledge of electronic and mechanical systems, especially in MV equipment (switchgear, metal-clad panels, distribution transformers, and measuring devices);
Ability to interpret technical manuals and electrical diagrams;
Strong troubleshooting and logical reasoning skills;
Good communication skills, customer orientation, and the ability to explain technical terms clearly;
Availability for frequent travel (national and/or international);
Knowledge of other languages in addition to Portuguese, such as Spanish, English, and/or French;
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office and familiarity with service management software – CRM, ERP, Field Service Management);
Driving license (Category B).

What are we looking for?

To strengthen our Switchgear Business Unit, we are looking for a Product Engineer to join our team at the Arroteia hub in Matosinhos.

Day-to-day:

You will be responsible for ensuring that electrical projects are executed in compliance with customer requirements. You will work closely with project technical leads to ensure correct task prioritization and adherence to timelines. Key responsibilities include:

Execute the electrical project in accordance with the technical offer and customer specifications;
Prepare manufacturing documentation (layouts, routings, labeling of equipment and conductors);
Ensure that production orders are released based on the approved electrical design;
Streamline and standardize solutions for future reuse in other projects;
Support the Procurement team in developing new suppliers and providing technical clarifications;
Collaborate in homologation processes (development, testing, and documentation);
Support the Tendering team in feasibility analysis and the development of competitive technical proposals;
Assist production by anticipating potential issues and ensuring compliance with customer specifications;
Provide support to our international industrial units (India, Argentina, Czech Republic, and Spain).

Requirements:

Degree in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems) or Level V Technical Course in Mechatronics (CET);
4 to 10 years of professional experience in similar roles;
Knowledge of Medium and High Voltage products and installations (is a plus);
Proficiency in 2D design software (AutoCAD);
Knowledge of EPLAN and ProPanel;
Good command of English; knowledge of French and Spanish is a plus.

What are we looking for?

To reinforce our Operations Team, we are looking for a Project Manager for our office in Matosinhos.

Day-to-day:

You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of infrastructure system projects (signaling, telecommunications, energy) within the transport sector. Acting as the link between internal teams and stakeholders, you will ensure the planning, execution, and profitability of contracts.

Plan and coordinate all operational activities of the contract, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are efficiently allocated;
Lead the project team, monitoring execution and associated costs, ensuring alignment with defined objectives;
Monitor project implementation against the activity plan and established quality criteria;
Ensure effective communication with the client, gathering and providing relevant information to support smooth project development;
Identify additional business opportunities during project execution, enhancing profitability;
Oversee operational cost control and ensure adherence to defined budgets;
Prepare and manage technical specifications for procurement of equipment, materials, and services, in coordination with Engineering, Procurement, and Logistics departments.

Requirements:

Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Telecommunications and Computer Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering (pre-Bologna or post-Bologna Master's degree);
4 to 10 years of experience in similar roles;
Proven experience in design/construction projects for system infrastructures (signaling, telecommunications, energy) in transport environments (railway, metro, or similar);
Experience in contract management, planning, and team coordination;
Experience with public works contracts (CCP) and/or highly complex projects will be valued, as well as prior experience in railway-related projects;
Strong command of English, both spoken and written;
Proficiency in MS Office tools and MS Project;
Valid driving license (Category B);
Valid membership with the Portuguese Order of Engineers (Ordem dos Engenheiros).

What are we looking for?

To strengthen our Electric Mobility Business Unit, we are looking for a Sales Engineer for our site in Maia, Portugal.

Your day-to-day:

You will be responsible for developing commercial activity, ensuring excellent customer service, enhancing the existing portfolio, and identifying new business opportunities aligned with the company’s strategy. Your responsibilities will include:

Driving commercial activity in the Portugal, Spain, and France markets;
Ensuring excellent customer relationship management;
Expanding and developing the existing client portfolio and identifying new business opportunities;
Coordinating the preparation and presentation of highly complex and/or large-scale technical-commercial proposals, involving multiple internal and external stakeholders;
Ensuring technical and commercial accuracy of proposals, optimising the sales price and complementary conditions while safeguarding the company’s interests;
Managing commercial processes in highly complex markets and businesses.

Requirements:

University degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, IT or equivalent;
Experience and technical knowledge of equipment and solutions in the Electric Mobility sector (preferred);
Existing network of contacts in the Electric Mobility sector (valued);
Ability to analyse markets, segments, and competitors;
Knowledge and agility in using ERP/CRM systems;
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial roles;
Strong negotiation skills and resilience;
Good command of English; French will be highly valued;
Excellent communication skills;
Competencies in planning, teamwork, open communication, proactivity, and critical thinking;
Availability for national and international travel.
